Lingua Franca was founded in 2002 by Matthew Nathan Ettl (USA) to offer language instruction in English, French, Latvian and Russian. In 2010 Lingua Franca registered with the State Education Quality Service, guaranteeing the highest educational standards. View here.
Lingua Franca offers both one-to-one and group instruction, and lessons take place either on the Lingua Franca premises or on the clients’ premises. Lingua Franca also offers language instruction in cooperation with the State Employment Agency’s education and employment programs.
