Using the tips found throughout this course but especially in Lessons 2 and 11, rewrite the following email, which is obviously too direct, informal, and even rude. Your version should be written in an appropriately formal and diplomatic tone, so as not to offend the recipient. Please send your email to matt.ettl@linguafranca.lv with the subject line “Writing Task 1”, and I will get back to you with corrections and recommendations as soon as possible.
